Return Policy

Buddy’s Seafood Market takes pride in the quality of all our products and hope the only time you return is for more seafood or good conversation. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original packaging, with receipt for exchange or refund.

All fresh seafood must be returned within 24 hours of purchase. If you believe the seafood is spoiled within reach of your home or final destination, please take pictures of the uncooked seafood and send an email to contact@harrisbrothersseafood.com

All frozen seafood & seasonings must be returned within 7 days of its original date of purchase, with its original packaging, unopened. 

Refunds are issued in the same form in which the payment was received on the receipt. Credit cards and EBT cards require the original card for refund.

This return policy also applies to online orders. 

Customer invoice policy

All customer invoices require 50% non-refundable deposit that has to be paid by the date specified, the remaining balance paid at pickup. Customer invoice guarantees fulfillment of the order. During the time of fulfillment, if it is found that the order can not be filled by the date of pickup a representative from Buddy’s Seafood Market will contact the customer asap to discuss the matter, if a solution is not found we will refund the deposit or fully paid invoice. If customers do not pickup their order by the pickup date, the order will be charged a 25% restocking fee if its possible to restock. If the item is unable to be restocked then the deposit or balance paid will not be refunded. 

Coupon Policy

Customers may only use one coupon at a time. You may not combine any coupons or promo codes of any sort, this includes birthdays and toast rewards.
